When medicine runs out of answers,
ministry begins.

Kuleana is a faith-based healing ministry rooted in Monastic Medicine, sacred tradition, and the body's own intelligence.

Kuleana is a Hawaiian word. It means the sacred responsibility you hold over what is yours — your body, your healing, your life. This ministry exists to help you claim it.

You're not alone

Your body is trying
to tell you something.

Unexplained weight gain. Fatigue that doesn't lift. Anxiety, brain fog, poor sleep, digestive trouble, hormone imbalance, chronic pain — these signals are not random. And you are not broken. They are your body asking for something medicine hasn't been able to give you.

Ministry, not medicine.

Kuleana does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. What we offer is something older and deeper — sacred counsel, faith-grounded presence, and an approach to healing that treats the whole person. Ministry here is tribal in nature, rooted in Native Taino indigenous tradition and monastic medicine, and is available exclusively to covenant participants within this Private Faith Assembly.

Rev. Dr. Allie Johnson

DNM, DIM, PNM · Sanctified Healer · Monastic Medicine Practitioner

Rev. Dr. Allie didn't arrive here through a textbook. She arrived through her children — fighting for their recovery, navigating a medical system that offered no real answers, and ultimately finding that nature, truth, and sacred practice held more power than anything a clinic had to offer.

Today she brings that same fierce, compassionate determination to every communicant she serves. Not to diagnose or treat — but to walk alongside you as you remember how to heal.
